A living room with fro-yo Orange Leaf was found in 2008 and since has expanded to over 300 stores. I have been to an Orange Leaf in Florida and it was pretty much identical to the ones in NE. A newspaper once said that Orange Leaf was like a living room with fro-yo dispensers. The guy writing the article certainly must have an odd looking living room because the Orange Leafs I have been in are bright and colorful to say the least. Orange Leaf is a lot like other self serve fro-yo places, about a dozen dispensers and then a whole lot of toppings to put on the fro-yo. You then bring your cup over to the counter to be weighted. The price can be quite shocking because even though the fro-yo is light if you really dump on the toppings the weight can really add up. You can then take the fro-yo home or eat it on one of the brightly colored chairs, stools or sofas. They offer pretty much the fro-yo you would expect with red velvet, birthday cake, pistachio, and various chocolates. They do offer a whole heap of toppings including nuts, fruit and sweeter things. A pleasant self serve fro-yo place that is open all year long, something that can be difficult to find in New England's long winter. Good fro-yo with just about every topping you could want. The only really negative is how quickly the price can add up once you really start loading up the toppings.

Really delicious Birthday Cake Batter fro you and lots of toppings. The staff disappeared to the back for some time but my service wasn't affected. Seemed to be a lot of sweet flavors (Example: Red Velvet Cake) that are great for dessert with reduced guilt. Cool bonus that they had a separate container to recycle your spoon.

Menchies much better. Asked for sample and guy behind the counter came out to serve it, much more relaxed at Menchies.

Delicious froyo with tons of toppings to choose from. My only complaint is the price can be a bit ridiculous when you add a lot of topping, because it is based on weight. Price for the "smaller" size container averages $6-11 for 3/4 full with froyo plus average of 3 light toppings ( sprinkles, graham cracker, whipped cream). I can't imagine what heavier toppings would cost. A yummy treat, though, if you can stomach the price.

I went here tonight for the first time. The selection of flavors and toppings was wonderful. The young man, and young lady working this evening were very friendly and helpful. However, the man standing behind the counter, who appeared to be the owner, was eating toppings out of a cup, and speaking to customers with his mouth full. Not for a second, but for the entire time that we were there. He did not stop eating and talking to people. I've never seen anything like it- especially not in East Greenwich. Really unprofessional, especially from an owner/manager. Hopefully he will read this review and improve his restaurant etiquette.
